General dental practice is seeking a traditional dental hygienist who prioritizes patient care and comfort. The practice values thorough, unrushed treatment and schedules one hour for SRPs and recare appointments to support high-quality preventative care.
This well-established private practice is deeply patient-centered and committed to delivering care with respect, kindness, and empathy; the same level of care they would expect as patients themselves. The office consists of one dentist, two registered dental hygienists, two dental assistants, and two front office team members. The practice values longevity and stability, with its longest-tenured employee serving the office for 28 years in the front office.
Position is available due the one of the RDH’s is retiring (with office for 25 years) on June 30th. Ideally looking for new RDH to join July 1, 2026.

Established general practice is seeking a traditional hygienist. Ideal candidate will put patient needs first, team player and enjoys what they do. Hygienist will be given 1 hour for SRP’s per quad. 2 hours for new patient appointments. Recall 1-hour appointments.
Practice has 2 doctors, 3 RDH’s, 5 DAs, and 3 FO. 1 doctor working at a time. Staff is in rotation. Longest tenured employee is at 15 years, then 9 for 3 staff members. Close knit team.
Software used is Open Dental and XL Dental
This position is available due to a RDH going on maternity leave and another RDH is working at the sister location.

This practice prides itself on care for their patients. Office has 1 DDS, 3 DA’s, 2 FO. Adding an RDH! Dentrix is used. Candidate must be able to scan and sell Invisalign. Dentrix is used and doctor can teach it, RDH must rebook patient and be able to sell at least 3 times what is paid to the hygienist. No new patients. DA will help RDH with FMX or help with instruments. 3 DA’s available to help.
This position is available due to growing staff and needing help with hygiene appointments.

Office make up is 1 DDS, 2-3 HYG, 2 Das, 2 FO and 1 OM. The longest tenured employee is 8+ years. Office uses Dentrix with Dexis for software.
