Private practice is seeking a friendly, compassionate RDH to join their team. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience hygienists are welcome! Ideal candidate will be comfortable taking diagnostic dental radiographs, ability to perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and periodontal charting. Experience providing preventative hygiene, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing SRP knowledge of periodontal disease diagnosis and treatment planning strong patient communication and education skills. Strong patient communication and education skills. Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and team members. Office is willing to mentor and support the right candidate. Hygienist is given 1 hour per quad, one hour for recall.

Office software used is Eaglesoft. Office has 4 DDS, 8 RDH’s, 9 DA’s, and one OM. This position is available due to a RDH who is moving out of the area for a spouse’s employer. No turnover or growth challenges, a life transition for a well-liked team member.
