This role will be responsible for being the primary checkout person. Job duties will include insurance verification and research plan details for next day’s schedule, secondary patient check-ins, primary patient walk-outs (collect copays, present treatment estimates and discuss necessary treatment, schedule appointments), manage (shared) communication platform to answer patient texts, communicate with patients about appointment changes, patient follow-ups for recall and unscheduled treatment utilizing Dental Intelligence communication platform and secondary phone support to include new patient intake calls. Essential to find someone who is highly detail-oriented and who is dedicated to doing the job right.
