Seeking a Treatment Coordinator with a strong dental front office background, 2+ years of experience preferred. Job duties include conducting financial conversations, reviewing insurance estimates, explaining out-of-pocket costs, collecting deposits/prepayments when appropriate, and offering payment options. As well as coordinating scheduling for restorative/cosmetic cases (sequencing, pre-ops, multi-visit planning, and block scheduling). Ensure appointment readiness: confirmations, documentation/consents, and coordination with insurance/billing support to reduce surprises.
