Job duties include checking patients in/out, collecting co-pays, scheduling new patients (high volume each month), verifying dental insurance & eligibility, confirming appointments, presenting treatment plans, strong understanding of the mechanics of crafting a schedule that meets the financial requirements of the practice.

Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience in a dental office. Strong attention to detail is crucial. Need someone that has great attendance and reliable transportation. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to type 40+ WPM, with great spelling and no errors, and the ability to overcome treatment objections is required.
