Ideal candidate will have a patient focused attitude, perio minded with a great attitude. Job duties include traditional hygiene, xrays, screen patients for oral diseases and conditions, educate on oral practices and importance of maintaining oral health. Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest standard of care. This position will only do traditional hygiene. 1 hour is given per quad of SRP. 1 hour given for recare.

No nights or weekends, with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the oral health and overall, wellbeing of the patients.  Staff makeup is 2 offices, 2 DDS, 2 RDH’s, and 3 DA’s. The longest tenured employee is at 10 years. Software used is Dentrix & Ascend.

This practice is seeking an RDH with a positive attitude, willing to grow and continually improve upon their skills, be an excellent communicator, be proficient in the co-diagnosis, treatment, and management of periodontal disease, and be effective with the enrollment of restorative needs. Dentrix experience is preferred but not required.
