Seeking a well-rounded front office candidate that is flexible within their role and values quality of care and relationships. Each front office team member is expected to competently cover the full range of front desk functions including scheduling, patient communication, insurance and billing, financial coordination, records, and office administration, rather than specializing in a single lane. Because the team is small, cross-training, flexibility, and mutual backup between the two front office positions are essential to keeping the practice running smoothly every day. Dentrix experience is a plus!
