Very innovative practice near the Amazon spheres in South Lake Union (very walkable), including all digital xrays, cone beam/pano, digital charting, laser, iTero scanning, and a very fun close-knit team. 13 employees with 4 employees that have been with the practice for 10+ years. Software used is Dentrix, paperless office; TigerView digital x-ray systems.
Position available due to their hygienist reducing her schedule by one day to teach part-time at Lake Washington Tech, and we are adding more hygiene availability.

The ideal RDH will have good communication skills, educating the patient, periodontal probing updated annually, BP N20, managing sedation for Perio SRP, able to give anesthesia, works well with dental assistants, thorough chart notes and quality X-rays. Recare appointments are on the hour. SRP appointments (2 quads) are 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the patient’s needs.
Private practice is very detail oriented and communicates well with each other. DDS orders top of the line equipment for patients and staff. Staff likes to have fun with patients, as appropriate. For RDH’s they have a computerized program for periodontal charting. All room are plumbed for N20 with a scavenger system. Software used is Dentrix, XDR for X-rays and Pano /CT. Staff makeup is 1 DDS, 1-2 RDH’s, 3 DA”s and 2 FO.
