This is a busy family-oriented practice, where the staff all work well together. They provide support for each other as well as patients so being willing to go the extra mile for them is important. New grads are welcome, must be friendly, hardworking, and a good team player. Also, able to complete work in a timely manner and take initiative when task(s) need to be completed. The hygienists generally schedule the next appointment for their recall patient and ensure pending treatment is appointed. The software used is Sidexis. The longest tenured employee  is 30 years. The current RDH is retiring.
