The doctor is willing to purchase specific tools/instruments that the hygienist prefers. Laid back office that has a female dentist. Start early and get done with your workday early.
Position is available due to the office needing two hygienists to keep up with recalls.

Software used is Eaglesoft with digital x-rays. Staff makeup is 3 DDS, 4 RDH, 4DA, 2 FO. The longest tenured employee at 35 years.
Position available due to two hygienists going part time in partial retirement.

Seeking a traditional hygienist who is kind and cares for their patients as much as they do. Typical appointments for prophys and perio maintenance are 1 hour. SRP appts are generally scheduled for 2 hours for 2 quads at a time. Software used is Dentrix Ascend for imaging and practice management software.
They are a very established practice with many patients that have been seeing them for years and years, and that relationship is important to all of them. The hygienist must be a good team player! This practice is small, with one dentist, two hygienists, two front desk and one or two assistants. They are a casual but professional environment, and they like to give their hygiene team a lot of autonomy as to what is best for their patient’s oral health care. Work-life balance is important to them, and they encourage time off when needed, just please try to plan whenever possible.
Position available due to former hygienist moving away.
