A well-established private dental practice is currently seeking a friendly, team-oriented dental hygienist who is looking for a permanent position and a long-term professional home. With locations in both Renton and Issaquah, the practice is proud to maintain a strong and effective periodontal program. The hygiene schedule is accelerated, offering one hour for recare appointments and one hour per full quadrant of scaling and root planing (SRP). Partial SRPs are scheduled based on the number of teeth involved but are never booked for less than one hour. This opportunity is ideal for a hygienist who is passionate about patient care and committed to promoting periodontal health.
Office has an excellent team that works well together and gets along great. They value patients like family. Multiple general dentists and they offer Perio, Endo, OS and Ortho in office.  NOT a corporate office. Office staff make up is 4 general DDS, 4 specialists, 5 RDH’s, 11 DA’s, and 4 front desk!  The longest tenured employee (2) is at 35+ years.

Recare appointments are on the hour. SRP appointments (2 quads) are 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the patient’s needs.
Private practice is very detail oriented and communicates well with each other. DDS orders top of the line equipment for patients and staff. Staff likes to have fun with patients, as appropriate. For RDH’s they have a computerized program for periodontal charting. All room are plumbed for N20 with a scavenger system. Software used is Dentrix, XDR for X-rays and Pano /CT. Staff makeup is 1 DDS, 1-2 RDH’s, 3 DA”s and 2 FO.
