Looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator to handle phones, scheduling, recall, check in, assistance with collecting insurance benefits/information, and more. Ideally this person will be trained on all aspects of the front office in the future so they can cover the office manager when they are out of the office.
Established family practice with a laid-back doctor and solid staff. Busy practice with 1 DDS, 1.5 RDH’s, 1.5 DA’s, 1 FO (adding a 2nd). The longest tenured employee is at 5 years.
