Job duties include traditional hygiene, x-rays, screen patients for oral diseases and conditions, educate on oral practices and the importance of maintaining oral health. Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest standard of care. This position will only do traditional hygiene. 1 hour is given per quad of SRP. 1 hour given for recare. This position is split between two locations close in proximity.

Private practice office is seeking a dental hygienist to join their team and partner with them in providing the best care there is for their patients. Job duties include traditional hygiene with one hour for recare and one hour for each quad SRP. Hygienists are an integral part of the team and autonomously provide the care the patients need. This is truly a patient-oriented practice that supports their hygienists in terms of instruments they need, amount of time for procedures depending on the severity of the condition and other factors.
Office provides comprehensive dentistry and works with local specialists daily. They refer liberally whether it is for Endo, Implant surgery or Perio therapy. This office is built in a way that their hygienists have a patient base of their own within the practice, providing long term care over the years and building relationships.
Software used is Dentrix and Dentrix Imaging. Office has long term employees and great patient base. PPO/FFS office. Office has 2 dentists, 3 full time dental assistants, one full time hygienist and three full time front desk. 6 ops. Office supports their team clinically and helps them maintain a work/life balance.
