Traditional hygienist needed in private practice. Seeking someone who can help with anesthetic but no accelerated or restorative. Ideal candidate will be flexible, helpful, reliable and self-sufficient for the most part (assistants stay pretty busy, the hygienists typically turn over their own rooms, but the front can help in a pinch if the DA’s are busy) Hygienists are given 1 hr for recare, 1 hour per quad for SRP. Nothing is ever scheduled for less than an hour and office does not squeeze two SRP into a 90-minute slots unless the hygienist instructs the front to do so.
Private practice with long term staff, very flexible, fun group. The staff gets along really well and an extremely low drama practice! 1 DDS, 2 RDH’s, 3DA’s, 3 FO. Longest tenured employee is at 30 years DA, 17 years DA, 20 years FO, 15 years RDH!
