Seeking an office manager and financial coordinator. Must be proficient and knowledgeable in dental insurances, financials, treatment planning and presentation, and all general front office administration duties. The ideal applicant will be a self-starter, motivated, organized, detailed, tech-savvy and a team player. General duties will include but not be limited to; managing daily front office operations and team support, verifying insurance, EOB and claims. Present treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients, scheduling and follow-up, accounts receivable, collections and outstanding claims. Working to improve and to streamline operations in the office and handle concerns that come up. Provide excellent patient care always and help support and train staff. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at the dental front desk.
