Seeking to hire an expanded dental assistant with at least 3 years of experience in general dentistry. Ideally looking to hire someone that needs little to no training.
Established general practice of 42 years. Office treats its patients and staff like family. Father and daughter practice with 4 RDH, 4 DA, 3 FO and 1 OM. Software used Eaglesoft/Carestream. Office has 10 operatories. There is additional space for staff and patients, which creates an inviting space for all. Staff is a mix of established and new which brings a nice balance of growth along with loyalty and experience. Patients find that inviting and reassuring.
