Private practice seeks an experienced dental assistant.  Ideal candidate will be expanded (punch/place rubber dam, fabricate a temporary crown, etc) or a basic is acceptable with a willingness to expand scope of duties. With lower abilities, lower salary.  Practice currently has an expanded DA who is expanded. Candidate must be great with patients, good skill set and someone who values quality dentistry in and office that provides high quality and long term patient relationships. ‘

Practice has 1 dentist, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants and 2 front office employees.  Longest tenured employee is at 8 years.  Staff is close knit.  Office is a team player environment.  Patient focused. Software used is Dentrix and Dexis.

Job duties will include taking x-rays, periodontal charting, sterilizing instruments and assisting dental hygienist. Seeking a dental assistant with a great personality and a willingness to help. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Open Dental and Sidexis software is utilized within the office. Staff make-up includes 2 DDS, 2+ RDH, 2FO and 2 RDA. The longest tenured employee is 26 years.
