Dental Reception/Treatment Coordinator

Seeking a dental receptionist/treatment coordinator. Job duties will include greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, phones and email correspondence, processing insurance claims and verifying insurance for patients. Assisting with billing and payment processing. Must be proficient in 10-key typing, documentation review and general admin duties. Ideally have prior dental front office experience and dental software. Strong customer service skills and being patient focused are also a must.
Dedicated team to each patient while offering a welcoming environment for both children and adults. This is a small but tight-knit office and is a fun place to work. Tab 32 software is utilized in the office. 1 DDS, 1 RDH, 1 DA and 2 FO staff members with the longest tenured employee is 3 years.
Position is available due to the office needing to add to the team with an additional front office support team member.
Dental Hygienist

Seeking a traditional hygienist to add to their team. They do single and assisted hygiene columns. Ideal applicant will be someone who has a great attitude and is a quick learner who fits in with their office culture. New grads are welcome to apply. Laser and anesthetic license is preferred.

Seeking to hire an orthodontic assistant that preferably has prior or current ortho experience. Spanish speaking is a plus! Willing to train someone without ortho experience that is open to learning and has a good work ethic/attitude.

Position is available due to practice growth – PT hygienist is unable to transition into a full-time role where coverage is currently needed.
