This practice schedules single column hygiene appointments. The dentist is super laid back and sees long-term, friendly patients. Each patient is treated like they are the priority.  The office has an impressive patient retention rate. They allow 1 hour for prophies and 1 hour per quadrant of SRP. The software is Dentrix and Dexis. The staff is made up with1 doctor, 1.5 hygienists, and 1 assistant. The longest tenured employee is 22 years!

The dentist is looking to grow the practice and would like to add a second hygienist to the practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Private practice is seeking an experienced hygienist who is good at providing dental hygiene care.  Candidate must be nice, warm, friendly and likeable, easy to get along with for the patients and the team.  Someone with excellent hygiene skill and great friendly attitude.  Office is an entirely unrestricted provider.  Meaning not in network with Delta and the only in network insurance they are under is GHEA and they are usually pretty easy to work with.  This allows for the staff to have a good positive attitude when the patients are there.  The DDS has been in private practice for around 17 years now and has developed an excellent practice.  They offer IV Sedation, implants and wisdom teeth removal.  Very little pedo.  Hygienists are given one hour for recares, SRP -whatever time the hygienist thinks they need but usually two hours for half of the mouth.  Sometimes 90 minutes but up to hygienist.  Software programs used for xrays is dexis, dentrix and nomad hand held, Sirona CT, Yapi and overjet.

Staff is made up of 1 DDS, 1 EFDA, 1 oral surgery DA, two general DAs, one OM, one FO, 2 RDH. Longest tenured employee is at 17 years.

Itero and intraoral cameras for patient education and lab cases.  Longest tenured employees (2) have been there 15 plus years.  Office has a significant need to expand hygiene days.  New patients are booked out over 6 months.   Office wants a personable hygienist that is patient focused on patient care and education.  Team player that is will to help out where needed!
