Job duties include assisting manager and dentists with patient care, maintain an organized and clean back office space, establish and maintain patient and volunteer relationships and communication, follow OSHA and WISHA safety standards at all time, inventory of supplies, instruments and equipment, order supplies ad needed, assist manager in coordinating referral system for patients, pray with patients and volunteers upon request and as appropriate. Assist with administrative duties as needed; this can include coordinating volunteer scheduling, data collection, reporting and patient scheduling.

Office is seeking a DA.  Must be a registered dental assisting and expanded skill set is preferred. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a DA. Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred, as well as, experience working within a community healthcare system. Ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, able to establish priorities, problem solving, be proficient in Microsoft Office and bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required. Someone who is a team player, great time management, proactive and creative and must be up to date on CPR/First Aid training and immunizations is a must.
