Private practice seeking a patient focused traditional RDH. Ideal candidate will have excellent patient care, gentle touch and love being a RDH. Hygienists are given 1 hour for recare appointments, 1-2 hours for SRP’s depending on how many quads.
Busy practice, with two doctors, very flexible schedules, very low turnover, also typically has an assistant dedicated to the hygienists for room turnover, sterilization, perio charting etc. Dentrix software is used with Dexis. Staff is made up of 2 DDS, 4 RDH’s, 3 RDA’s, 2 FO, with the longest tenure at 20+ years!
