Looking to hire a dental assistant who needs little to no training and is very experienced. Ideally someone who is comfortable with CEREC, Itero, clear aligners, placing attachments, implants, and crowns. Would like someone who has a growth mindset, is flexible, a team player, and has empathy for patients with anxiety.
Office was recently acquired by a new doctor who also owns a practice in Tacoma. Staff makeup is 2 DDS, 2 HYG, 2 DA, 2 FO. Software used is Curve – may switch to Dentrix in the future.
