Benefits for 3 days a week include sick leave, 20 hours of paid vacation and 401K (with 3% match) after one full year of employment. If the employee is consistently working over 32 hours a week, full-time status will be granted which would mean sick time, 40 hours vacation per year, 401k participation and match (after one year), paid holidays (if they fall on a day they regularly work), and medical insurance through United Healthcare paid in full by us for the employee (Vision is included as well).
