Benefits include; after 3 months paid holidays and every 40 hour work week = 1 hour of payable wellness. We are enlisting in HSA for our staff since we do not have medical insurance offer, we have a monthly stipend to our staff (predicting to be $250/month). After 1 year: paid one week vacation and 401K, after 2 years: paid 2 weeks vacation, and after 3 years: paid 3 weeks vacation (maxed).
Traditional hygiene, no restorative necessary (but open to the idea if RDH is comfortable).
1 hour for recare/perio maintenance and 1.5 hours for SRP.
Software used is Dentrix Ascend – similar to Dexis.
