Sammamish private practice seeking a part time scheduling coordinator for their office with 1 or more years of experience. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to, greeting patients, insurance (collecting info from patient and updating in system), updating health history, confirming and (re)scheduling patients as needed, answering incoming calls, manage call list, collections and processing payment at time of service, scheduling follow-up appointments and general office duties, such as stocking and cleaning, as well as other duties as required. A strong understanding of how the office flows, front and back, is extremely important. Their ideal applicant is someone who is a team player and who will support staff whenever needed. Someone who has excellent customer service skills, pays attention to detail and will be motivated, professional and kind. As a scheduling coordinator, you will be the face and voice of the practice- the first and last person the patients interact with. This role is a vital part of the patient experience.
