The most common questions we get from dental offices:
How much will this cost?
Our temporary placement fees vary depending on position and length of hours required. We only charge a permanent placement fee if we are successfully identify the employee you want to hire permenantly. Please request a Service Agreement and Fee Schedule for more detailed information.
Why work with Dental Connections instead of doing it on my own?
There are many reasons, but the most important one is having an advocate on your side that is an expert at interviewing dental staff who is honest with you. We will get to know your unique practice and style to identify the right applicants for a long term fit.
I have an ad posted online already. Does that cause a conflict?
No. You are free to use any other resources you want to recruit employees while working with our agency. All we ask is that you keep track of where you are getting the referrals from. If we contact an applicant you have not met or interviewed yet, then it is considered a referral through Dental Connections.
Do you check references?
Yes, and it is one of the most important things that we do. We ask our applicant’s permission to receive confidential references from their previous employers. Dental Connections also collects information about each of the temp assignments they complete and we are very familiar with their work histories.
