Small office feeling, conservative dentistry. Do not push patients into treatment. Looking to make sure all of our patients are appropriately perio diagnosed. Staff has a lot of autonomy. Try to model themselves off of the really successful offices.  Job duties include traditional hygiene. Calling patients for recare. Helping with sterilization. Co-diagnosing. 1 hour recare appointments. 1 hr per quad for SRP. Eaglesoft. Xdr xrays.
