Looking for a dental/orthodontic enthusiast with preferred experience working in ortho. Experience with general dentistry is ok – willing to train the right person who does not have an ortho background. Need someone who has a positive, friendly attitude, excellent attention to detail and a drive to learn. Looking for a candidate that can deliver outstanding patient experiences at each and every visit.

Job duties include taking appropriate records, making retainers, preparing teeth for placement of orthodontic appliances, using an intraoral scanner and 3D printers, setting up and cleaning up for each patient visit, and anticipating doctor’s needs. Also responsible for maintaining inventory and individual aspects of the practice and ordering as necessary.

Software used is Orthominds. 6 employees, longest tenured employee has been there for 5 years. Office has 2 locations – one in Lakewood and one in Federal Way.  The team currently rotates between the two offices with the anticipation of future growth, additional office locations and doctors. Need someone who is willing to commute to both offices.
